Our club meets for Runs on alternate Wednesdays from the parking area on the corner of Osborne Road & Moss Vale Road, Burradoo. Sunday Runs are occasionally scheduled. Visitors are always welcome. Please see below for individual Starting Times. Invitation Events are shown in italics.

CONDITIONAL REGISTRATION
Any financial member using a vehicle on NSW Roads & Maritime Services Conditional Registration (HCRS) & attending a Secondary Club Run or any event listed under invitations or Other Events of Interest MUST contact the Club Plate Registrar, or in his absence, another Committee member, to advise your vehicle’s movement PRIOR to attending the event. The committee of the nominated Primary Club on your Conditional Registration must be aware, & approve of, all movements of your vehicle.
If you wish to attend individual invitational events outside Club runs, you must contact the Club Plates Registrar, or in his absence, another Committee member, to log the trip, otherwise your registration & insurance is NOT valid. You should carry a copy of the club’s BEACon Newsletter &/or a copy of the BEAC Website Events Page with your vehicle at all times.

• A coffee van has been organised on site from 10 am at our Osborne Road meeting point.
• Additional late note: owing to roadworks at Tallong – the road is gravel and an absolute mess – we will diverge from the planned route on the Run Sheet at Wingello, cutting across to the Hume Highway. We will then resume the planned route at Marulan.

Sunday 17 June 2012 | Battle of Waterloo Display Day Canberra
A gathering of French and British cars will be held on Sunday 17th June 2012 at Rond Terrace to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. In past years, the event has attracted up to 100 cars and around 150 participants.
Display vehicles will enter the event via Constitution Ave and Wendouree Drive (travelling under Parkes Way), and then turn right through a gate near Blundell’s Cottage.
Parking for non-display vehicles can be accessed from the west-bound carriageway of Parkes Way, adjacent to the end of the Anzac Avenue. Note that you cannot access this parking area from the Anzac Avenue/Parkes Way round-about.
The event is being organised by the Renault Owners Club of Canberra (ROCC) in conjunction with the Peugeot Association of Canberra (PAC) and is sponsored by Shannons Insurance.

Sunday 22 July to Saturday 28 July 2012 | Mid-Western Classic Tour | Cowra – Hill End
• This 6 night tour is designed as an easy drive road trip through the Mid West of New South Wales with an ‘Australiana’ theme and finishing with a ‘Christmas in July’ night in Hill End.
• On the way, we overnight in Cowra, Parkes, Gulgong and finish with three nights at the new Hill End Resort, where you can relax and enjoy the local historical exhibits and the bush in comfort. All roads are bitumen.
