
Members with Primary Conditional Registration are reminded that to continue to enjoy the privelege of Conditional Registration, attendance at a minimum of three BEAC events per calendar year is expected.

At the BEAC Committee Meeting of 7 May 2012, the Club Committee ratified an amendment to By-Law 1 to vary the allowable distance for the purpose of servicing of vehicles with BEAC Primary Conditional Registration to a radius 30 kilometres or less radius from the notified garaging address.
BEAC By-Law 1, Part 3, – Movement of Historical Vehicles now states:
a) A short road test of 30 kilometres (18.75 miles) or less radius from the notified garaging address is permitted at any time after servicing or repairs. The member does not need to notify the Club Plates Registrar for such a movement.
b) Any runs longer than 30 kilometres (18.75 miles) radius necessary for the servicing or road testing of historic vehicles shall only be made after notifying the Club Plates Registrar or, in his absence the President, Secretary or Treasurer. This movement shall be recorded in the Association Records with details of date, place and reason.
c) The member does not need to notify the Club Plates Registrar when attending published primary or secondary club events.
